Hillbilly,
Great win at "The Pool Room" in Marietta! I was very impressed with how open you were with all of the upcoming pool players, not hesitating to give advice to those seeking it. We know that you were tired that second day but have to credit you with really hanging in there during the later matches. Your championship training was obvious and we all congratulate you for yet another win.
I look forward to working with the "peg leg" that you demonstrated during the tournament. I've had problems with the bridge and think that it will help me game considerably. Don't forget to send me information on the Tiger shafts, also.
On another note, to those who are reading this, Charlie talked about a 'kicking system' that he is training others on and thought he had the answer to hitting balls in the center of the table with two or more rails. I watched him do so repeatedly during the matches in "The Pool Room" in Marietta and was very impressed. I recommend that you learn Charlies system if you can.

Charlie was playing Jam-up. I never did see him hit that "basketball" shot, though...:) I know he hit it on, like the second try in Mobile...

I got the pleasure of taking a lesson with Charlie, and after working on his kicking system for about 2 months afterward, my game improved DRASTICALLY. I also got to see the basketball shot quite a few times as well. :D
