Well I played Scotty Waters(merkyone) for the King of Bama last night in Mobile and he put a whooping on me. We played a race to 5 ten ball and it went hill hill and we decided to do a 2 ahead and he won the next two games. Then we played a race to 3 9 ball banks and I got shut out. It was fun and thanks for the game Scotty.

I didn't leave the poolroom hardly at all. I slept 1 hr other than little cat naps sitting staight up. i forgot I even had a phone.

just got home from the event and i must say i think it was stealing... i had 3 hours more sleep than the peezmeister!!! ;-)

in all seriousness gpeezy is an warrior and a gentleman. pool could use more like him...

Although I have been hittn em a little off the last couple of days I would like to request another crack at the crown. Scotty come up and play in Huntsville one weekend. I'm sure we can play for the crown some more n then some.

Rules of Challenging

- The Challenger should have around 200 posts on the AZB Forums and be of good reputation.
- The King will post a short list of three or more games they are willing to play against a Challenger.
- The games offered should be of a fair length. Matches in 8-ball, 9-ball, and 10-ball should be to 7 or longer; one-pocket to 3 or longer; straight pool to 150.
- The games will also be straight-up without handicaps or spots.
- The King will have priority to host the match.
- The standard bet for the challenge is $50.

In the original thread it was determined that a long-standing (notice merkyone's join date of nearly 4 years ago) contributing member would be accepted. It should also be noted that the three of us from AL who have over 200 posts all accept merkyone as valid AZ King of AL.
