I woulld appreciate it if you guys could take a look at the tip replacement tools in the link below and tell me which of them, if any, would actually be of use in replacing cue tips. Also could you all tell me which type of glue would be best, I've been told that LocTite is one of the better brands but they make a lot of different types of adhesives. Thanks in advance for the input.

I would not use ANY of those tools shown. I use a Willard's and a Lathe.

For adhesive, I use either Duro® Gel or Loctite QuickTite® Gel, both made by Loctite.
