I am looking for carom plugs......

I have a pool table at home that I would like to be able to convert to a carom table. I have heard of the "carom plugs" and I wonder if anyone out there knows where I can get them.

These must be very hard to find. I know of one guy that has them, but he's a table mechanic, maybe he made them himself. I'll check it out.
