Finally finished Ron...:smile:
7 Shafts!!!
(One for follow, one for draw, one for stop-cue..)
Ron's been waiting for a month for this cap set.
Some, I had to take the finish all the way down and re-spray.
Thanks for being patient.
Ron, tell us how you aquired all the shafts.
You did seek-out the best Gus Cue that you wanted as your personal player.
Was that a deciding factor? (The shafts?)

Mine was $8,000, Yep worth more than the car that took her to CBC! Dennis should be done with the shafts any day? Alton YOU did a FINE job on the caps! Thanks alot, Ron

2 Gus 12.7+13.1 and A Barry Szamboti ,Pete Tascarella,Tim Scruggs that was probally enough but I thought I should have a Dennis Searing shaft too, SO I sent the butt to Florida a month ago and Dennis is making 2 Shafts for it! He was to be finished today?The Original leather wrap and Rosewood was the main reason I had to have it! But 5 shafts was a+!I will be glad to get it home and put the nice caps on it! Thanks again Alton, Ron
 
That will surely be another well-capped Szam......can't wait to see it, Ron. Maybe I can make it by CBC one Saturday. Today we're taking the kids fishing for catfish and then a birthday party. :smile:

Hey guys, thanks for posting your complements.
Ron, I notice you have a lot of grain lines in your points.
I screwed up.. I used the part of the Rosewood bar that had no
grain lines...mmmmmm:o

Eric's Gus Caps are the ones on the left.
Rare 12 stich Szamboti Ring..
Eric, 3 are done..
The 4th Cap is still giving me a hard time.
The clear doesn't adhere to the top edge..
Ahhhhhh!!!!!...:(

Alton They look just FINE! Looking foward to puttin them on the 5 shafts that I have Dennis will be done SOON? Just got back from CBC, Walker was up 9 Games yep he was very Happy to kick my BUT speakin of butt man I wish Dennis would finish up with the shafts! Ron
 
I talked with Dennis today Yep he will be finished Tue. or Wed.,Next day mail back to Ron! Yep Walker and I will be playin with Searing Shafts on our Gus Szamboti's this Saturday all decked out with Altons CAPS!!!!!!!!It don't get any better than this! Ron
