Hi Charlie,

Have you been able to find out anything about Richard Chan's whereabouts ? I've only lost $250, but I still don't like it. Good luck.

Tom, I am not sure if you have seen the thread yet, but in the Main Forum, there is a thread with a link to Richard's website. Basically, Richard is very ill, and is offering a full refund thru PayPal to those who sent deposits.

I sent you a PM Lisa, but you are mistaken. No refund is available through PayPal if your deposit is older than 45 days, and Richard knows this. The statement on his website is pure subterfuge...Tom
