In the interest of fairness all players will have their prize money in the form of
A genuine IOU which may be cashed. It may not be cashed if you fail to guess the
Right bank first time.

That’s enough detail for now but trust me it will be OK on the day

Regrettably I will not be able to attend the finals (the money stages)
because it clashes with my Colombian vacation

No Kid but I went on a Drinking Marathon last weekend, Three solid days - when I finally got home on Sunday my wife was furious. You wouldnt like it if I disappeared for three days would you. Great I'd love it I said.
Well I didn't see her on Monday or Tuesday and I didn't see her on Wednesday. But on Thursday morning the swellngs had started to go down a bit and I managed to get one of my eyes open

Not to mention that this year it will be held on Halloween... I have been to the Open for the last 8 years regardless of the piss poor seating and venues in the recent years. I will not be going this year because as much as I am a pool player, I am also a father and I plan to spend Halloween trick or treating with my kids.

That Saturday night a q-masters is going to be insane. You are going to get the massive after-open crowd which is insane enough, but you are also gonna get the over 21 halloween banger crowd... i dont see that mixing well and i dont see that as a good time.

I don't see what is so bad about this? Small-scale-wise (like the US Open), restructuring happens everywhere all the time. 70% of the pool players in this country have never even heard of the US Open. It's not like it's the GM crisis.

What Nateobot said... plus, the day before Halloween is my Mom's Bday.. Dad and I wouldnt want to miss that either.

The question I have is if Barry don't organize a U S Open 9 ball even will anybody else do it - and pay the players - or will it cease to exist?

For example Charlie Williams is far from perfect but if he doesn't organize a world 14.1 event it doesn't happen I prefer seeing Charlie run it than no event.

There are 468 beautiful rooms of which we have a block of 375 rooms for only $89.00 per night. Half of the rooms have a balcony for those who are smokers.

The tournament room is 13,000 square feet and that is double the size of our room the past two years.
