I'm from south Arkansas, he'd come to the local room and play...well take our money anyway. He had a Gilbert at the time with his kids names on it, iirc but it has been about 20 years.

I do not know what pool player he would play, but in a fictional movie about pool, I bet that Ryan Gosling would be great (he is super cool, and I think he could play a good part in a good pool movie). You have to admit that everyone would go see the movie if he was in it.
I really liked Michael Rosenbaum (from Poolhall Junkies) too. I think he would be great in another pool movie.

I imagine that he is a fan of the game (or at least loves to play a lot), because he shot a lot of pool in one of my old favorite shows (Smallville). If any celebrity actor would be interested in a movie role as a pool player, then I bet that he would be. I might be wrong, but I bet he loves to shoot pool in real life.
