Most pool players have said to give up on aiming systems and stick with ghost ball and intuition which comes with a lot of table time. But I think a straight stroke is also a key.
I think most pool players today realize that the cue is not what makes a player, it is the stroke. Collectors still value high priced cues. A Szamboti or a McDermott with the same weight, same shaft, same tip. Does it make a difference other than in ones mind?
Anybody had any experience using any of the phone apps for pool? Which ones do you like? Also tell us the ones you dont like and why? I am looking for apps that hook up to ones phone and analyze shots. Thanks.
