Anyone know how to remove this style bumper extension plug. Also what style thread extension fits it. I've removed several with allen screw but this one has me baffled.

Brand of cue? Ask in the Cuemaker section too. Based on those pics i don't see any threads in there that would give a clue to an ext.

If it is just unfocused and there really are threads in there, you may be able to unscrew the bumper by hand.

It looks like this bumper which has 3/4-10 threads.

It's a custom cue & I believe it was added later. I did also post in cuemaker forum.

I can't budge it by hand. Is there allen that fits it?

I only have the regular bumper. Have not seen an extension version like that.

You could try using channel lock pliers with the jaws padded to get a better grip, but being a custom it's possible the bumper was custom made as well and maybe glued in.

Just a guess
It looks like the cue was modified for a M16 1.5 adapter with the rubber piece
that fits around the adapter like a tire on a rim
Typically used when using a Predator QR type extension where the cue is
drilled and tapped for standard 3/8-16 weight bolt

Wrap it in some electrical tape and then remove with vise grips. If you're careful, you shouldn't hurt it.
