Thanks surffisher. Just found a used 9' GC II for 1500 that is about 3 hours from me. Table already taken apart and ready for shipping. My room size is 15'4" by 20' so I think a 9 footer will work. With transportation and reassembly probably looking at another $1K.

I have a 4 yr old G-229 that I bought new for $255. Want to offer it to our local billiard club members. Cue is in very good shape. Shaft has some mild blue discoloration from chalk and some blue chalk stain on ferrule. Is $125 to $150 a fair price? Thanks - Bruce

I play twice a week at a neighbors who has a 8.5 x 4.25 Olhausen. Rattles in the corner pockets are common making the pockets play a little tighter than their size. I too thought it was because of a "deeper" shelf. Pocket width is just slightly larger than width of 2 balls.
