Mine was severe in both hands I'm a charter fishing guide and had full use of both hands before the stitches were removed ask around and pick your surgeon with care. You will not want to break a rack for a few days tho. Instant relief I had both hands done at the same time.

My .02 worth--- find an original Jerico Stinger and you will never need (or want) another B/J cue. You will find one every now and then on AZ or ebay or direct from Jerry Powers aka Jerico Cues.

This is one of the best "reads" I have seen on AZ in a long time. This is what I think this forum is all about.
