take a clean soft cotton cloth or towel;very lightly dampen it and gently roll it over the wrap in a circular rubbing motion .elephant ear will not be damaged by this ,as i have experienced this same problem with powder.

zinzola issue? before i decided to have a cue built,i knew going in that even the best cue builders after setting a time table can have unforseen delays or unanticipated issues.the fact is cue building for these guys is a passion first,and in most cases it is not their primary source of income...
