Looks like a fake measle cue ball. The distance of the red dots don't match the real cue ball when comparing.

It would be really interesting to see the statistics from the last world snooker season to see if there actual was a difference in amount of kicks, compared to previous seasons and also to matches the same season with players that used different brand, to rule out that maybe some other factor...

It was very easy to see this last snooker season that after many players started to use Taom chalk that kicks became less frequent and tables stayed much cleaner. Especially if both players used Taom. If one or both players used some other chalk the table was soon soon full of chalk marks...

A picture would be helpful. Personally I've found "Auto Glym fast Glass" to be more effective than "Mequiars's..." when cleaning pool balls. And then finish off with Aramith ball cleaner for that extra finish.

The Digicue Blue sometimes suddenly loses connection to the app and I may shoot several shots before I realize shots aren't registered. In order to reconnect I need to shut down the app from android and restart the app. Otherwise it won't reconnect. - Reset button (or auto reset) to restart and...

Chromecast support would be nice too. I'm using screen mirroring atm. but keeping screen on eats batter power fast and when the screen turns off mirroring stops.

I have an old shaft with tip installed sometime in the late 90's that I hadn't played with for ages. Felt ok to play with when I tested it. ;)

I made my own from heavy duty felt a few years ago. Worked pretty well for practise until I got pockets tightened when getting new cloth installed. The sticker will wear out if you take them off frequently though. But making a few new ones is pretty quick and cheap.

If I would have bet on a player to win, goes on tilt and concedes at hill hill with opponent left with 7 balls, I would tilt too. :eek:

Autoglym Fast Glass is excellent cleaner. It has no abrasives, waxes or silicones so I use to clean everything from pool balls to eyeglasses without fear of scratches or residues.

Nowdays I usually use chromecast. Works excellent for Eurosport player, youtube etc. even streaming from my phone. Before getting it I just used a hdmi cable from laptop.

Thanks for the youtube stream! For some reason Ustream is choppy but the youtube stream is very high quality and smooth as butter. Great to watch on big screen TV.
