back from derby, masse cue for mike massey delivered

as luck would have it,
i put a brand new set of batteries in my camera before leaving for derby
had a lady taking some pics of mike using this masse cue
turns out, the batteries were dead, right out of the new pack :rolleyes:
fortunately , there was another guy, eric, there taking some pics
he emailed them to me as he said he would

this is one of the first butterfly fronts i made
when i was at dennis diekckmans shop last trip, i showed it to dennis and he mentioned making it into a masse cue and set it up for me to give it to mr. massey

mike has a good sense of humor too
after this first pic was taken,
he said, "now take another one of us with brent standing up"
of course everybody got a chuckle out of that
wow!!! he's tall

Very Nice looking cue Brent!!! Congratulations, Mike is one hell of Guy also, next time you see him ask him to sing you a country song, he is really good!!!!!!

Nice looking cue! Mike's a great guy and hell of a shooter. I've gotten to meet him a few times. A good friend of his, Bruce Bartlette, runs the APA league in Conn. but he lives one townover from me and he arrainges for Mike and a few others to put on appearences when they come up to visit him. Next time I see him up here, I'll ask about the cue. BTW, it looks to small to weight 27ozs:D

he didnt request anything
he didnt even know about the cue until dennis told him at the derby
when dennis called me to let him know mike was there, i scurried down there
after he did some crazy masse shots with it, he told me that he preferred a hard moori tip
it's got a triumph on it now
