I think Hann's woofing is mostly just that. He is banned from snooker for eight years so he needs a new arena to try to earn a buck in. American pool beckons but there isn't really a lot going on in the men's tournament world. He needs action to give him some bucks and some name recognition here.
Looking at his total history I can't see where he is going to be a boon to pool here so I'm pretty indifferent as to if he plays anyone or not. Winners and losers are likely to depend more on who makes the better game than anything else anyway.

Why would anyone promote a match with Quintan Hann involved? He has thrown matches; displayed poor sportsmanship on many occasions has very poor work ethics (in regards to play prep.). Not to mention that you would apparently have to keep close guard over any women that happen to be around when he was present.
Sounds like a real dirt bag. I for one don?t need to see him matched up with two class acts like Shane Van Boening or John Schmidt.
Let Quintan come here and go undercover on the road for a little bit to prove himself worthy of any challenge to those class champions.
Some how I have a feeling that if anyone feels the need to take this guy anywhere they will end up broke and disgusted.

IMO, the spotlight needs to be taken away from Quentin. He is not in the same category as Shane or John, in heart, ability or class. He's a banned match dumping snooker player that is bad for action. Once a promising player with limitless potential, he is now on the outside looking in (self inflicted) and I'm not sure why people such as you would be interested in seeing back in the fray. wow guys i dont need name recognition or anyone to take me on the road or back me and i dont need to earn money playing pool, i only mixed and kept in touch with 5 or 6 ex players cause i never loved the billiard scene and still dont im happy with my life right now and don’t need anything from the pool world except maybe some excitement once in a while
news flash im sure lots of people wish i was destitue and homeless but im not, i am a millionare I wear a 30k watch and ring I earnt most of my money from real estate I bought my first house at 17 and subdivided my first property at 20 (although i did earn over a mil in snooker prize money) my house is worth over 2mil$us and i own others and am very busy working as a property developer. I don’t want to brag as it looks silly but im not a complete f-wit im doing good for a 30 year old, but maybe people don’t know this as I don’t speak with one person still currently in the game only some fringe players

you are very wrong about the heart and ability i have more no contest, the class ill conceide. shit you know nothing about me and what i have achieved billiards was only a small part of my life but you will never know as i dont need to tell you or anyone. there is only one thing that will open your eyes and that is me taking money of some pool players gambling wow like that is going to be a major accomplishment for me as im pretty talented but some people like you are very simple and one dimensional and compare everything back to one thing.

Hann can play, but who was it? said they were getting high runs on a snooker table in florida I believe? There is your match, Hann would be the favorite to win, but I think it may be a good match... If you can get the two in the same room, on the same table..
a 12' snooker table is tough, If it was me, Id want home field advantage. that way you have a slight edge, otherwise my money is on Hann.. Home field advantage, Id go the other way, BUT only if its on a table he is familer with.
Those snooker players, they dont miss much either..

hey john fatboy offered to let you use his snooker table i will put up say 70k to your 50 and we play both snooker and then 8 ball? first to 10 at snooker first to 50 at 8 ball or whatever you want similar to this? if we draw then maybe who ever wins the higher percentage of games all together gets 10k or the whole lot whatever you want?
we can organise exact date in around 4 months time as im flat out with work at the moment, and that gives you plenty of time to practise your snooker at fatboys house.
i only played american 8 ball for about a month in my whole life you can check around, also i have not played since ipt finished and not played snooker or any cue sports since may05 or 06 i cant remember exactly.
