Sorry guys, it took a couple of turns that got it pulled.

If being "valuable" is the criterion for posting, then probably half of the threads are going to have to be pulled...Mr. Wilson said:So, let's hear it.
What was in that thread that *you* feel was valuable?
Maybe you enjoyed the "N" word dropped a few times for public consumption?

Did you?
You want it still open to view apparently.
Go on, justify it.
I'm standing on my feet applauding.huckster said:Mr. Wilson,
I can not comment on what I found to be valuable, due to thread being pulled before I had a chance to read it. It's a shame that we as a society are so quick to deem something "inappropriate" and remove it from public view. The only reason I was interested in the first place is that I pulled Jack out of the gutter and backed him for over a year. During that time he ate dinner with my family, cried on my grandmothers shoulder, dumped me twice resulting in a stern warning then a black eye, shot the numbers off the balls, and ended up in jail. So any thread titled Jack Hynes would interest me. You seem like a nice guy with high morals, but it makes me wonder if you had been in a position of political control during other times in the history of mankind how things would have turned out.

I did reconsider and have edited the posts that were offensive and replaced the thread in the main forum.
That said, I want everyone to be aware of a couple of things.
If posts don't follow the rules and guidelines in terms of content, meaning if it is profane, vulgar, threatening, racial ( even a quote ), or an entire list of reasons that will get my PM box and email filled with complaints........
The posts will get edited and the person (s) will be warned publicly.
People wanted something to explain why and where a post goes, I did so. Next stop, schedule book burnings....
There is a guy posting criticism who has had multiple personalities banned....yet I've been patient and understanding.....but to suggest his quote is offensive is an abuse of my authority.
Go figure.
Criteria aside, I try not to be too hard. I removed the post and didn't warn a soul. ( still haven't )
It seems that if I am lenient, it is too lenient. People who habitually swear or substitute other charachters for letters should be considered.
People who quote racial epithets should be allow to slide if they are in a certain context.
You know, I'm damned if I do, damned if I don't.
I want you to just consider how many people I try and please....all at the same time.
Cheap shots simply piss me off.

Castro wasn't a slight. I typed it intentionally.
since we're big on comprehension, try wiki out:

If that got me a warning, that too is ridiculous but so be it.
It did.
We all, including you, can learn as this internet thing grows. To say one way is right & the rest is wrong is asinine. Think about where that will lead.
What are you talking about?
I wasn't trying to offend anyone with my comments in relation to Jack Hynes.
As I stated above, and have previously, the context of the quote is irrelevant. How many vile things need repeating and quoting etc...before they become offensive? It wasn't offensive enough when it occured?
We need to repaet it for effect...and then somehow, it is more acceptable.....because you're just quoting what he said???
I refuse to accept that you really believe that.
I can't help it if people don't have reading comprehension and send you PM's regarding something they think they are reading. Unfortunately, from the spelling, grammar & subject matter of most people I need to realize that typing in the 'See Jane, See Spot Run' format would be more appropriate.

Keep the provocation up and see where it goes.
