Anybody done/got any OAK CUES ???

Not oak Titlist conversions (seen quite a few of 'em) but something else using oak in the forearm & butt of the cue.

Just curious.....project coming up and looking for some ideas or inspiration.

sean, joe callaluca has some really nice figured oak. he's done a couple of cues with the oak, including one with recuts. he had a real nice one with oak into cocobolo. i'll try and dig up some pics for you.

Hey, thanks a bunch for the pics. Those are some sweet cues and CRAZY oak grain. :)

I just picked up a few turn of the century wedge butt house cues with veneered ivory slides. The base wood is oak, not a lot of figure though. I'm trying to consider what to have done up front. Maybe just a plain cored forearm with some ringwork or..... ??
