Lock and Load question thread.

I get the feeling that you're the obnoxious guy that people don't want to play pool with, then sits around and becomes more obnoxious because nobody wants you around.

I know a lot of top level players. They are constantly working on surrounding themselves with positive energy.

Negative people can't stand that.

I'm ok with my pool brother not being perfect. What I love about Lock N Load and many other who are locks is their ability to forgive others for their faults and move forward, not jump on them as soon as they fall and kick them in the nuts.

Who would go to a pool room more than once where this shit is tolerated? If you made fun of a people with disabilities in my pool room you would be gone in about 2 seconds.

I don't quite understand the society thing myself, but as long as people are trying to help others and don't have a hidden agenda then it's all good to me. I don't think Willy's ever said a mean thing on here, and that alone is impressive. The secrecy and all, I could do without.. but again, it doesn't change the way I end my day. I can give a good *poke* to the ribs just like anyone else, I won't harp on it though.

Pool room? I spend a heavy majority of my pool time in a bar.. it doesn't fly there either.

Life is kind of like a spiral, I think. The more positive/upward motion, the more likely you are to spiral upwards. A downward spiral requires nothing but gravity and a lack of effort. Surround yourself with bad/negative people, that's going to stain your own attitude and behaviour.

Know who gets the stuff done? It isn't the person that spends their day making fun of the ones trying, that's for sure.

..end of ramble.

I like pool. Some days I don't think the feeling's mutual! :o

The other silly thread got put where it belongs so lets let this one die the death it deserves as well.

Plenty of other good (pool related) things complain about. :)

He was reprimanded by Mr. Lock himself.
Mr. Lock did not represent his society with dignity.

I'm not sure he apologized to Blu Hog ridr, if he did then I applaud him.

First of all I am saying I am sorry for saying anything to Blue Hog Ridr, about the post. I am making an apology on the AZB forum. I really did not intend to come across wrong to Blue Hog Ridr. either. He was a very good member and a great guy. Their was no intention of any reprimanding meant as well. I realize I cannot tell anyone what to post on anything. I am taking wrong!!! And apologizing like a man should. Dignity is not in question here, a mistake or misunderstanding was made, that is what Happened. I am being a man and admitting I came across wrong to Blue Hog Ridr. I am not perfect I am a man. I am not perfect, I am a man. I work all day long and when I get off I can't wait to go on AZB and read post and see what my friends are saying! Nice job Sir. I don't know you personally but your heart is pure and I felt that way before seeing your brief videos by Ray. After seeing them I am 100% sure.

Regarding Blue Hog Ridr. I don't know him but I also think his heart is pure and I like him. I've read enough of his posts to believe strongly that his is a no nonsense kind of guy. Calls them as he sees them. His tolerance limit does not allow him to see much past black and white with very little grey scale. But that's ok too. He's just like my Uncle Tony. Different strokes...

Just remember that everyone grows a 'forum' personality over time. And everyone is different. Over time, by reading people's posts, you also learn who these various forum personalties are. Some people act differently on line then they do in real life. And some people make no distinction between their real life and their forum personalities. No right or wrong...again different strokes you know...

When I started making posts here I used to act differently then I was in real life. I would talk a lot of trash and sometimes I was pretty rude and would piss people off. I actually got formally reprimanded for it. What I said was out of line joke. You see, I have some friends from the Dakota's and they use this particular joke all the time. So I never thought it was that big of a deal. Until I used it in a thread that included an American Indian. I quickly learned what this term meant and realized that I was out of line. I only hope

What I learned in the process is four fold:

  1. First, it's not a very nice thing to say in general
  2. Second, something is lost in the translation when it's typed in a forum and not spoken in person, especially jokes, sarcasm and buddy talk
  3. Third, it's really difficult to pick up on someone's real personality in only seeing a few of their posts.
  4. Fourth, If you know them you can usually get a much clearer idea of what they really mean.
    Fifth, trolls do exist. And sometimes normal people come across as trolls and visa versa..
    Sixth, some people you will really like here and some people you will really dislike, even though they are not trolls..

So anyway, I've been trying to change my ways and so I modified my name as a symbol of improvement and politeness.

And that's all I got to say about that.
