Beware JayTS!

Trollers.

Well, kind of as he stated the cue was not mine and the deal was not mine. I was just a third party transaction that is not to be held liable. I did not post the for sale thread and the "seller" in question did while I was at work. His full name is Dave "Dakota" King from Trenton, OH. Feel free to troll his Facebook or friend request him because you can see the same pictures of the cue right on his facebook page. He used my computer to log into my paypal and azbilliards account to make this transaction and I had no control over it. He robbed me out of $600 cash I had at my house and this cue deal is just icing on the cake. I have made numerous flawless deals on this website for high dollar items and will continue to do so. I don't scam people because trust me it's not how I do business. I don't care what everyone thinks on here and people can continue to call my phone and i'll contact the authorities for harassment. For all the as titled, "trollers" on this website that want to PM and e-mail their opinions of a situation they don't know about shows what type of people they are. I welcome the guy that said he would take a road trip down here to visit me, along with anyone else. Otherwise I hope we both get our money back from this thief. Thanks for understanding. -

EDIT: Also this same thief robbed Shannon Daulton out of money and quite a few others from the NC/SC area. He is currently employed by Inside Pool Magazine and is entertaining a job offer from Accu-Stats. Feel free to contact those companies for reference.

So he had the passwords for your az account and paypal account? How did he get the money out of your BANK account also. Sounds like a great story here but as your going to find out You are and will be held responsible by the police once this gets that far....trust me.Good Luck

This is how I see this, you need to make good on the transaction and you need to go after your buddy via police. He used your computer, your account (who gave him your password) and it's your problem not the buyer. Do the right thing.

Hi,

i can see how he could have logged onto AZ under your username if you use the "remember me" option, however, did you also leave your paypal account available to your houseguest who you obviously don't know from me.

Do you realize how HARD a sell this is?

Good luck, if you do the right thing you'll need less of it.

Cue listed for sale 12-21-2012. Edited 01-04-2013.

2 weeks and you had no idea this was happening?

He's proficient enough to post pictures, reply to pm's? (if there were any between your account and the buyer)

Already asked but asking again...how'd your buddy get the 6 hundred from your Paypal to his pocket? Transferred to his Paypal from yours? Surely you'd have a record of that to show, right?

Bottom line man.. YOUR PayPal, YOUR AZB profile, and monies transferred from YOUR bank account to the supposed theif. I would assume the authorities will see it the same as most people here. If you really got taken by this guy too, sorry about your luck. But the OP has a right to be reimbursed, the whole I had no control over what happened not my problem approach is bullsh!t... Lastly, if you really believe you will continue to buy and sell here after this with no trouble, good luck to you.

My home computer does not ask me for my own passwords. Thank you for trying to play detective but I don't need a story. It's the truth I don't need to lie to people I don't know or care about. Again I appreciate everyone's concern about myself getting robbed and my name slandered over something I had nothing to do with. Good luck to the buyer and good luck to me on finding him and getting money. I hear he will be at Turning Stone this week with Accu-Stats if anyone is going there they can play internet police in person and see for them selves.

Dave King is about the biggest POS on the planet. He has tried to screw several people I know to no avail beside some joint protectors from a buddy of mine. :) Also, he hasn't worked for Inside Pool for several years now. Just another lie among the millions that come out of his mouth. I'm suprised he hasn't caught a bullet in his head.

Sounds like you are turning into a Dave King.

Ends up in his pocket?

By avoiding to explain the above screams you're deceitful.

Need a roommate? Cuz I need to sell some stuff.

.editing to add, you've been a member for quite some time, with good trader rating, doesn't make much sense so I hope you explain the above.

Wow didn't know that.
Met him at a tourney here and talked for a bit. Guess I didn't spend enough time around him.

Yeah, Dave roomed with Corey Deuel too. Just ask him. I heard that one a couple hundred times. That line is a running joke around a few of us that knew him when he was in the Dayton area.

I'm sorry but this is a little hard to believe. Neither paypal nor any bank system have a "remember me" option and are specifically designed so that browsers don't ask whether you want your password saved.

I think if he stole someones J/ps he should be Hung by his Thumbs !!!!! As Lisa says POS . jim:thumbup:

Let me get this straight. What exactly happened to the funds in your paypal account? Are you saying that you did not transfer the money from your paypal account to your bank account? If not, where did they go?

Jason, you got scammed by this guy, but David did not. You need to get David his money back, or send him a cue of equal value. You need to make good on this even though you got scammed.

You should be honest about exactly what happened.

If i'm not mistaken, he (Jason) is saying the scumbag used his AZ account to post in the sale/wanted section and then provided HIS (scumbag) paypal account to the buyer .

He used my computer to log into my paypal and azbilliards account to make this transaction and I had no control over it.
He robbed me out of $600 cash I had at my house and this cue deal is just icing on the cake.

I looked through all his replies and found nothing mentioned about his paypal account being compromised.

^my three cents (inflation) :D

The scammer doesn't NEED anyone's paypal password but his own.
