Not my fight,nor my concern, but did you list the "flopping" cue on eBay as straight like subdude says?

And yes it does matter. As far as I know, your guy left it in his car for 2-3 days before hesent it to you. I have no way of knowing. The cue was straight when I shipped it. It should have been inspected in CA. Simple as that. It isn't a convenience, it is a fact. This debocle is a result of the shipping arrangements you wanted. By your thoughts, I should be the one who loses. Lunacy.

And what are you talking about I wouldn't ship internationally? That is a crock. You wanted me to send to 3rd party to save $20. And I insured it to CA. That amount wouldn't change so to say I wouldn't insure it is bullshit. I can see now that you are definitely deserving of the feedback. If you want to be mad, go look in the mirror and start cussing yourself out.

I listed as used, mint condition on the finish, see photos, butt has rolls at joint area, video clip available upon request.

It's not his business how I should list it, that's off topic. He's trying to move away from his wrong doings that he sold my cue before I got his. Blaming me for using a 3rd party shipper is also off topic.

You're a disgrace to all these honest dealers. Next time blame USPS or Fedex to have bent your cues.

No, trying to point out that you are trying to shaft people. My rating on Ebay is over 350 and here was over 80 with only one negative. That was because buyer on ebay made an error and wanted me to pay for shipping again. You get 3 negs in 1 year and I am a disgrace? Please. My record speaks for itself. Ask anyone. You just got cheap and screwed yourself and wanted me to pay for it. Sorry, but no.

Your right. I have been a great seller on here and Ebay so I could scam you and make a tiny amount of of money off the Cog. Hundreds of deals so I could make a little money. As far as my rep goes, I have gotten nothing but supporting responses via pm and rep. Not 1 negative.(except you of course). Why do you think that is? Because everyone knows that I shipped a straight cue and they know that you should have had the cue inspected in CA. They also know that the fault is on your shoulders. And now that I have outed you, they also know that you wre trying to screw them with the cue. My negative feedback is worth that. Very gratifying.

ok I've been reading this for the past 2 days now so now it's time for me to step in with the truth about the incident I had with ALAN VO a year ago when I bought a ST cue from him which I over paid for it but it's fine cause I agree to the price.I paid $1600 for the plain jane ST btw and he stated that the cue is in new condition and dead straight but when I recived the cue.Both shafts were not straight and one of them had a pretty bad roll to it and the silver ring in the butt sleeve at D position pop out very bad that you can feel it cutting your hand when you shooting with it.So I contact him and ask him what would he do about it? He told me that once the cue left his hand its not his responsibility anymore. REALLY???? so you know what I let it go at that time and told myself not to do business with a low itrader cause at that time he had 4 I think? and I only had 1.Luckily I didn't want to leave him a bad feedback cause I didn't want want also that's why I have 100% now or else??? I told a few people on here about this incident and not to deal with this guy ALAN VO unless you wanna get ripped off or wanna deal with the incident I had or Subdude is having right now.
