Deno...the IPT is still very much ALIVE!

You are a very negative person.
Why can't keep all your negative remarks to yourself.
You basically called linda a fool.
You should be ashamed of yourself.

Typical pathetic, predictable, IPT/NaturalCures comeback. I love that mentality! If anyone disagrees with you or does not buy into your line of thinking, you say that they are labeled as "negative". Whatever you say, Jasper.

Instead of playing this verbal water balloon fight in the forums with Debra and Timberly, why not address the questions I asked you a few days ago? I know why. You and everybody in the office understands that I figured out this wouldn't work long before it ever started. You guys usualy wait until the players meetings to label me and others. They then proceed to spend the week bad mouthing the "negative people" to players and anyone else that will listen to them. I figure at some point I grasped somebody's attention. lol.

I guess if the IPT fails it will be my fault. Good. I'll take full responsibility. Its more than Kevin will do. Go ahead and crucify me and slander my name for having the common sense to look at the long term. Face it, nobody knows what is going on, including you. In the midst of this drama and confusion you tell everybody not to worry. What is your basis for telling them that? That is like telling the passengers to remain calm as the plane nosedives to the ground at 600 MPH.

Keep doing what you're doing, Jasper. You're really winning over this crowd. In the meantime I will continue to be "enthusiastically negative" about Kevin being involved in our sport as I move the game of pool in the complete opposite direction than you and others think it should go. There are people that love the game of pool. All the money in the world CAN'T and WON'T defeat that. You can't overcome that. You either have that passion, or you don't. That passion is either in your heart or it isn't. You can't substitute that passion with money or glitzy tournaments. All that the IPT can do is trap people into being loyal just because they promise them unrealistic expectations and unattainable returns. If I am wrong, then they need to deliver and stop with the lies and nonsense. The longer this goes on, the worse they look.

I understand that. It has been a roller coaster ride for us players too, from the lowest lows to the highest highs, and back again. All I am trying to do is keep at least the players and fans abreast of the latest knowledge as understood by me. I realize that everyone has differing opinions and are entitled to them. But so am I.
Linda, I'm not saying you're wrong to hold out hope or that you don't have the right to your opinion. That goes without saying, so I didn't mention it. What I am saying is that starting a thread asking people to hold off and not give up is a bit ridiculous. Especially considering that a lot of people came to their conclusions and opinions based in no small part on the private emails you posted in other threads. Do you see what I'm saying?. You started a little fire that grew into an inferno, now you're asking that inferno to go back to a managable little flame again. It can't be done.:)

Yes it can.

Dear IPT Player,

You can pop the champagne! I am pleased to announce that we have
successfully concluded our negotiations relating to the funding of the IPT.
The final documents are being finalized at this very moment. We will be
signing on Monday. This means that player checks for the World Open will be
issued within seven-to-ten days or sooner! Thank you again for your patience
and understanding during this business transaction.

The Ho Interactive acquisition negotiations and documents should be
finalized by the end of next week. A formal announcement will be made upon
conclusion of the transaction. We anticipate announcing shortly additional
major sponsors for the 2007 season as well as additional broadcasting
contracts with major television companies in several international markets.
I will update you again on Monday with more definitive news! We are here to
stay and continue to go forward building the largest international pool
organization the world has ever seen. Many more good-news surprises are on
the horizon. Have a great weekend.

Very truly yours,

That's fantastic if it's true, but you have to know that ten people will soon be saying, "End of next week, 7-10 days....just more stall tactics".

Some of the PLAYERS and investers are celebrating with RIPPLE.

Making do as best we can......

I am just noting without comment...that the above closing is interesting in that KT refers to himself as "Founder" which is not a recognized corporate, partnership or LLC title nor is International Pool Tour followed by Corp. or Inc. or LP or LLC...or anything. It is just interesting that the legal organizational structure of the IPT is a mystery.

Again, no comment or criticism...just interesting.

Hey Blackjack, it's all your fault.

See I agree with you. There, now I feel better.

By the way you were part of the UPA too weren't you? And that failed too.

Is there a pattern here?

Were you part of the Mackey team?

Did you play on the Camel tour?

Yes, you are right, it is all your fault.

Just kidding.

But I really do think the IPT was doomed for failure. You guys with all of your negativism just brought about the collapse a lot sooner than expected.

By the way, you wrote some positive thinking letters a while back that you posted for pool players. I wonder if you ever bothered to read and practice any of that crap that you wrote.

You are just another person who says do what I say, not what I do. A positive person you are not.

John Schmidt thinks Kevin did a lot for him. I will venture to bet that I can find a lot of the IPT players who feel the same way.

But then I knew a drug dealer in Chicago who everybody loved. He passed out a lot of money. When he was shot he was buried in his Cadillac. He was a really popular guy. His father carried on the business and met the same fate a year later.

As a player. There is a rumor that I was part of the UPA management and that is not true. This rumor surfaced about the same time that I spoke out against the IPT so I know where it probably started. Then again, Kevin received a lot of misinformation on many topics.

jjinfla said:
Were you part of the Mackey team?

I know that is not a serious question. :p I did volunteer for the lynching party. lol No I was never part of the Mackey Admnistration.

jjinfla said:
Did you play on the Camel tour?

So did Efren, Francisco, Johnny, Earl, and many others. I played early on and jumped when the PCA formed.

jjinfla said:
Yes, you are right, it is all your fault.

Thanks for noticing. I believe that is exactly what MS wanted Kevin to believe.

jjinfla said:
Just kidding.

I know you are. But... the PCA was formed by CJ Wiley and others that wanted to build something as an alternative to the Camel Tour. The only member of the PCA founders that is currently on the IPT (I may be wrong about this) is Earl. I believe that Earl was granted an exception because of his HOF status, or he'd be at home watching Versus and sharing a can of Pringles with CJ.

jjinfla said:

I know Jake. I had nothing better to do than sit down at the bar contemplating how I have never done anything with my life, crying about how I can't rub 2 nickels together. The negativity tossed from the other side far outweighs anything I may have written or said to anybody.

jjinfla said:

Once again, this is the pathetic, predictable, assinine IPT/NaturalCures response to a logical and common sense assessment of what they are trying to sell. Just because someone disputes the blatantly outrageous claim they are branded as negative.

The IPT exists in this "bubble". They draw people into this "bubble" the same way Dorothy was drawn to see the Wizard of Oz. Follow the yellow brick road. Anybody that exists outside of the IPT bubble is not to be trusted or listened to. We are negative - we are bad. Why does Kevin tell the players that at every players meeting? Because he wants to protect the players from the truth. Anyone that steers you away from the truth and common sense is not looking out for your best interests.

jjinfla said:

No... a gullable person I am not.

I've sat down with John and talked about money and pool at great length. Have you? John is very supportive of this tour and Kevin and I respect his reasons for that. Ask John if I have ever personally contacted him and tried to sway his opinion of Kevin Trudeau. It's never happened. In fact I supported Danny Harriman 1000% during his quest to qualify and progress in the Reno event. I spoke with Danny every day and encouraged him to play well and enjoy himself - Danny did that and finsihed in the final 18 -despite the fact that some tried to concentrate on the fact he crawled on the table. I wonder why Danny got singled out for doing that? These are very positive people, Jake. FWIW, I see several players (including John - still having the need for additional sponsorship). Nothing has drastically changed except for a handful of players.

Jake

Not sure what this is suposed to mean. Am I supposed to be scared by this or is this directed at the players? Who are you comparing to drug dealer, me or Kevin? lol. When are they sending out the mob to do me in?
:p :p :p

Nobody is competing with Kevin. I really don't care whether he succeeds or does not succeed. I'm not sitting at home waiting for his check to pay my bills either. I don't need Kevin to survive in the world. I never will. I will never let him believe that I need him to be succesful at anything. That's when he has you. Think about that.

Over the past few months I have paid very little attention to him or the IPT. As far as I am concerned he can run the IPT successfully from now until Kingdom come and I could care less. I can guarantee you that he will make reference to me and others for starting all of this "negative smear campaign" about the check issue. The truth is, I have been relatively quiet about this and I have maintained all along that I believe that eventually the players will be paid.

So go on and pay your $5.95. Tune in to listen and believe everything he says about me and others at the next Amway... er... um... players meeting. I'm sure he'll blame somebody else for this mess because he takes absolutely no responsibility for his own actions. Blame it on everybody that's not worthy to be in the bubble. Remember - that bubble is protecting you and all of the players from people like me, Jake. Stay away from me, I just might make sense of all of this.

I got tired of reading the drivel by posters like jjinfla and jasper quite some time ago. Now that they're on my Ignore list, I save a lot of time every day by not having to read and respond to their inane postings.

Putting these people on Ignore can be liberating. Did I mention it will reduce your stress level too. :)

If I did that this forum would lose its entertainment value. I appreciate Jake's comments as much as anybody's. Jasper is not very credible and anything he posts should be classified as nonsense. No stress here.

The first thing about the cyber world is to "Never" let things people say bother you. The old saying "Don't feed the trolls!" fits well...if you don't feed them they vanish :)

Even though this IPT fiasco is a very real problem. Unless one us has a crystal ball the furure outcome of it all is yet to be known (If you do have a crystal ball pm me I have a bunch of ?'s for you).

With the Ignore feature, nothing that these trolls say bothers me anymore. I may not be feeding the trolls but since other people do, it's better for me to put 'em on Ignore. Poof, they're gone from my life. :)

Life is too short to waste time on unimportant things.

If that is what works for you then there is nothing wrong with that :)

I try to read most people's opinions (except long winded ones), then keep what I agree with and forget the rest.

I'm off to see how bad I hit'em today (I will bet MS doesn't show though, if Chicago was really a go he would be there practicing like usual :))

Have a good day everyone!

At this point the only reality is "they can't stay quiet for ever" and I have always found it more exciting/fulfilling to give something to my kids when they did not 'expect' it or see it comin'. KT is a master baiter. Like someone said a while back, this dribble may give them more ink than keeping us informed. Weeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllllllllll CCCCCCCCC.

Hey Pool Shark,

That title does say a lot about you as a person.

Sorry if I caused you any stress, it was completely intentional.

Remember, when two people get involved in a debate, the first one to raise his voice, loses.

Have a good day beating up on some poor unsuspecting fish.

See, you are not so intelligent afterall.

Nor important enough to threaten.

The comparison is that there are people who will follow people who are evil as long as they receive some goodies along the way.

How many ministers have been shown to be fakes and yet the following week the church is full of the faithful. People believe what they want to believe and neither you nor I can change that.

I enjoyed the IPT because I saw the good in it. You hated the IPT because you saw the evil in it. Quite the opposite of what you claim to preach to your students I believe.

Got to go now. No more message board for me until tomorrow. I can't keep up with all these posts anyway. I sure hope I lose that bet that I think I made so I can give up this board too. Too much time is just wasted here.

The ongoing saga of the IPT

This has become so much like the old TV serials, where there was a new episode every week that continued the drama from the week before.

Stay tuned for next week's big episode of "the Trials and Tribulations of the IPT", starring Kevin Spacey as the master manipulator, Danny Devito as his little sidekick and a host of other great stars.

Someone should have took the bet!

Sigel was at the poolroom yesterday just after I left and supposed to be there about everyday again practicing to go to Chicago. He told my buddy yesterday that the deal is real.

So either KT has the smoke blown up Sigel's azz or it is for real.
