I am just going by this one incident and the fact is, you shouldn't have said a word to him because you know there is bad blood. What did you expect would come from it? I know you're very smart which leads me to believe you knew what you were doing, otherwise you would have left well enough alone and not said a word to him.
Just want to say about Eric, I consider Eric a friend and I respect him as a man, pool player and human being. Eric is quite accomplished in his life. He is distinguished but likes to occasionally walk on the wild side.
Yes, he punched FL after years of harassment, stalking, and extremely racist remarks. I consider it justified. It's amazing to me that Eric stopped at that. As far as a 60 year old man goes, it depends on the man.

I won't say Larry didn't deserve it. I even spoke up on Eric's behalf to get his attendance privileges at SBE reinstated.
But the fact is that he has a history of being part of internet arguments that lead to him trying to assault people.
