NEW Pool Instructional Videos - big secrets revealed for free!

You know, it never seizes to amaze me how full of themselves some people are..I bet that guy on the video could give some of you all you could handle and more on the pool table. Yes, he is eccentric and has a pronounced accent (Swedish). But I looked through a couple of the tutorials and I didn't see anything bad. The guy looks like he shoots pretty good.

I actually agree with him on several things, specifically the strengths and weaknesses of ld shafts. You guys ever try to shoot a power follow with an ld shaft, and then with a house cue? Try it and see what your results are. Maybe this guy knows a little something after all? I don't agree with his super secret grip video, but I bet we've all had revelations regarding our games that we were dying to share, only to see later that it wasn't all we had hoped..Maybe that grip thing will help someone get better, you never know. At least he doesn't charge 80 bucks with no refunds..

There isn't a whole lot of original pool content on youtube these days, and the things that are there, are either self evident things or utter crap. Of course there are many matches, but as far as new things regarding technique, it's pretty slim pickings. This guy has a unique outlook on the game, and he has the balls to put it out there. That's more than can be said for the people who just regurgitate Bob Byrne books, yet can't hit the broad side of a barn! Or the people who teach stuff that no pro does, and claims its the correct path to becoming a pro, lol..

Oh come on now. Looks like a solid B-. He can have the Wild 7 on demand. Most "players" can watch a guy make 3 shots and identify him as such. This guy is a hack. I'll pass on judging his LD shaft theory.

What this player doesn't explain is the pressure points in his grip hand he is using to execute spin.

Watch just about any pro player, pay attention to their wrist and the finish of the cue tip.
The wrist will either finish inward or outward when using spin and the tip of the cue will not finish parallel to the shot line.

What Rotation Master is trying help players with is what pressure points in the grip hand to use when applying side spin.

I'm definitely familiar with Buddy's tuck and roll. I have that video as well.
For draw shots, "rotation master" is literally instructing to grip the cue with the back fingers/heel of the hand and not the front index and thumb.
I've never seen this instructed anywhere before or demonstrated by a pro in competition play. It flies in the face of conventional understanding that you must develop one fluid repeatable stroke.

Niels Feijen has the most technically perfect repeatable stroke in my opinion. Then you go to Bustamante, who has a very fluid and unconventional stroke, but it's the same thing every time. The both work well for each player and their grip is the same.

Pressure points is one thing, but telling a player you should have your index and thumb off the cue for any shot is pretty silly.

I think anyone who believes his comparison demo needs to seek 24/7 adult supervision.

And then there was the pool author/instructor who proposed a grip with the forearm turned 180 so the pinky was forward on the cue and the thumb in the rear. He was serious. I wonder whatever happened to him.
