incomplete transaction with Barrosm
I posted last month 'good transaction with barrosm'.
Seems i was a little premature.
I posted after he sent cue in a timely manner.
Picture of Cue barrosm posted for sale had 2 shafts, Shaft #1 used but not bad shape, Shaft #2 almost mint, no blueing and laminated tip, both ivory ferrules.
Cue arrives with 2 shafts, but shaft #2 is VERY used with cracked ivory ferrule.
I call Barrosm next day, he appologises, says he grabbed wrong shaft in haste, will send out asap. ( 3 weeks ago )
Excuses:
1. shaft wrong case, sorry!
2. shaft is 12.75mm thin, He is tied up at work will pay for new ferrule instead.
3. Security breach where he works, will send soon!
4. Case stollen that contains his other AE cue, shaft was in that case.
After # 4 i told him just to send $150 for a new shaft from AE and i will cover cost of ivory ferrule. (actual cost with moori and ship $250).
As of now he has not sent money, and says needs time to raise funds. Even though he has my original money.
This is a very simplified version of what happened and does not include multiple pm's sent by me looking for resolution, or the multiple voice messages i left.
As i told barrosm, This is NOT how i like to do business.
I still hold hope this will be resolved ASAP.
