The one pocket was won By Beau reanigan from Minneapolis with Silver Ochoa coming in 2nd. Ike Rynolds got 3rd. with Micheal Perron coming in 4th. The 17 year old from Minneapolis.

The 9-ball was won by jeff Carter. He won 2 hill-hill matches to defeat myself, Gene Albrecht on the TV match. Jesse Engel took third, the other 17 years old from Minneapolis.

In the 8-ball it was Myself Gene Albrecht winning the final match against Ramesh Gohkul from London, England. Jamie Pluta took third.

John did a great job for a first time event. Getting the $18,000 added by Ho Chunk was huge. I know Ho Chunk was impressed with the numbers and it will just get better the next time.

Overall it was ran just about as good as any other tournament i have ever been to.

It's good people like John working with the casinos that we need in this pool world.

GREAT TOURNAMENT THANK YOU GENO............

Congrats

Congratulations Geno for your high finishes. Not too shabby for a guy with a bum shoulder:D

Another congrats goes out to Jon Demet and the BCW. Hopefully this is the first of many of these types of tourneys in WI as the years go by. It was a blast to play in and fun to watch. Will definitly be playing in more divisions next year.

Congratulations ! 1st & 2nd is great, especially with a shoulder in rehab....

Hi there,

I'm pretty excited about what is going on with the shoulder. It is already stronger than it was before the surgery. I hurt it about 18 months ago and thought it would heal up but no luck. Too tore up.

It seems that tightening up the ligaments was huge. When i was first able to shoot a shot I knew this was going to help alot.

Before i conldn't even practice or I couldn't play the next day because of the pain. Like a throbbing tooth ache. Now it just feels like someone slugged me and it's sore from that. I like this alot better.

Range of motion sucks though. Jacked up at all is real tough right now.

Can't wait to heal totally. The prognoses is 7 to 8 months. The surgery was March 14th so October or november sounds real good to me.

Sure am happy I can play some already.

Thanks again...........

Congrats Geno, I know how it feels when you have not played in a long time, the fire is back, but give it time, don't over do it. You are making good progress.

Congrats to Jeff Carter for winning TWO hill-hill matches against you, Gene. I know he had to play well but he has to feel fortunate winning both of those matches hill-hill.

Big congratulations to you for your great post surgery performance. May you have many more.

I assume that you will still be giving lessons on PERFECT AIM and I'm sure the PERFECT AIM videos are still being made and improved.

You have a lot to offer the pool world, Gene and I hope you never get tired of sharing your PERFECT AIM and your reservoir of pool knowledge.

If anyone is interested in Gene's video or pool lessons you can visit his website at http://www.perfectaimbilliards.com/

Best Regards,

You know that's one thing about us pool players. We give it our all. You might be so tired you can't even walk but your still firing those balls in.

Everytime i hit a ball I'm thankful. Thankful I can still do what I love to do. Play, compete and teach. It don't get any better than that.

Thanks irock...............
