I just want to update this transaction.
I received the materials and found that all the wood is too small in
diameter to use on the cue.
I asked the seller to contact me repeatedly and finally after three days
he gets back with me.
I told him I wasnt happy with what I received and in a nutshell told me I should have asked and that Im a cuemaker and should know what Im looking at.
When the threat is titled "CUE" making materials I would expect for at least the wood to be of usable size.
I dont like airing my dirty laundry in public but I would like for everyone to know what is going on.
I have tried using private messaging but he seems to enjoy ignoring me.

I have the materials listed for sale in this section since I have no other option at this point

Thanks
Lee

Stuff

I don't see the problem here. He got everything that was pictured and listed. I'm not walmart, you just can't return items because you don't want them now because you didnt asked about sizes of some of the boxes of wood. Everything else was listed with sizes and part numbers from the supplier....GL with your sale.

Its not really the fact that you misrepresented the wood (mainly what I was interested in) its your sh**ty attitude. Not to mention a few of the other items were wrong also.
Dont let this guy fool you.....
He just sent me a PM thirty minutes ago appologizing and saying he cant refund my money because he spent the money on carpet.
I dont have a problem with the deal as much as I have a problem with YOU!!!!!
Itrader is coming your way...guess what kind?!?!?!

....btw it should be noted that this was jforney.

I was made aware of that fact last night by a good customer of mine.
After doing some research, the return address on the boxes he sent me were a fake address.
No name was given above the address, just the initials "JF"

I wish there was a way to screen these people out before they take people for a ride.

I had done business with him before with no issues, but this transaction was for alot more money than the others.

Thanks Mr. Wilson

Just out of curiosity, is the wood actually for cue making or just random piece's that look like what you would normally get. It looked like from the picture they were standard buttsleeve's and such, but its always hard to get an accurate size from a picture.

This is a community forum not ebay.

You have been very dishonest to someone that is very honest here. I would contact your local postmaster and file U.S. mail fraud charges if there was no refund given by this seller LP. The items are not as stated cue building supplys. They may be worth every cent but they are not as stated in the for sale post.
No one here is looking for pool room deals. We see something we like and proceed on the implied honesty of the selling poster
.
Nick :)

Also something to be noted to new sellers. Don't spend the buyer's money till you know your buyer is satisfied. This what I practice for this very reason. You never know what may go wrong. I completely side with Lee in this thread. The material was clearly sold to be "Cue" building material. Guess Mr.gettingsome$$$ is now gottensomeban:rolleyes:

The wood was too small in diameter to use on a cue.
They were around 1.21 close enough to look good in pics but no good to a cue builder.
Thats my whole point...Dont advertise something as "cue building supplies" when only 10% of whats being sold can be used to build a cue.
There was some items that were usable, but not worth what I paid.

i agree the guy's attitude needs some adjustment. i had a small deal with him that had to be forced to completion thru a paypal claim. no response to pm's. i'm putting him on ignore, which is my "bad traders " list.

That is crap.

I'm pretty hard up for cash myself; however I'm not going to sell something and misrepresent it to make a few bucks more.

Maybe he would have made a bit less selling it accurately; however he would have not been banned either...

Making the fast buck- more like something that rhymes with buck but starts with an 'F'...

Calling all Pen, knife or joint protector makers

First sorry that this guy got away with this and that one of our nicest most honest people was on the receiving end.

Just an idea that I had today looking at this but maybe the guys on here that also make pens, knives or joint protectors might be interested in taking these off your hands. They do look like nice pieces of wood even if they aren't very good for cue making.
