This operation has affected Jimmy's sleeping pattern....
...he now takes directional naps.

Good to see Church posting again...Church and Scaramouche ran this forum.

Thanks pt109 .

A few months without my desktop ( Still trying to raise the cash for the repair ! )

My good friend Thomas for my old Pool team The Hibs Club gave me a Laptop , needed an adaptor , needs a battery , overheats etc but at least I can get a look in , maybe scaramouche is having similar problems !

Good to get a look in again but some reliable website's have blocked sharing links & some have changed & shrunk their output .

Still , it,s good to get a look in .

Cheers Tam ! :wink::cool::grin::grin-square:

Snooker's world champion Mark Selby admits he was lucky not to lose his toe after dro

Hmm.....

Quote " I had to pull out of the Riga Masters but I’m lucky it didn’t happen at a busier time of the season or just before the World Championship. I could still have played by limping around the table but it would have been difficult."

Sports stars nowadays . I just dunno man . Anybody Remember Alex 'Hurricane' Higgins hopping around the table with a broken foot ?

Today at Wimbledon Tennis Andy Murray crashed out in 5 sets , hip injury :

The World Open replaces the Shanghai Masters in the calendar

https://ronnieo147.com/2017/07/13/the-world-open-replaces-the-shanghai-masters-in-the-calendar/

Remember folk's , you don't even need to bring a Snooker cue anymore , a Pool cue will suffice and you could always borrow one from the bar or ask a fellow player for a loan of their cue until you win a share of the £700,000 prize money on offer for this gig , then you can afford to buy a cue of your own.....:smile::grin-square:

Joe Perry receives suspended ban after betting rules breach :

WPBSA Statement – Joe Perry :

Joe Perry places bets that lost & gets fined when they find out . He should've asked the wife to place the bets.....

So his average bet was about 15 GBP. Seems like the powers-that-be could set a too-small-to-care-about limit.

I wonder what made Jason Ferguson resign.....

Willie Thorne supported by snooker stars after BBC commentator and former champion is

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/ot...orne-backed-BBC-snooker-commentator-axed.html

Talk about kicking a man when he's down the same player / pundits backing him will no doubt gladly take his place in the commentary box . Years ago I was at a Willie Thorne exhibition night in a Snooker hall called the Crucible in Clydebank , it was a great night out but that building has been demolished and they're currently building houses on that site . Hopefully Willie Thorne will be back , plenty of other broadcasters to work for but it seems that the BBC need to make some cut backs to cover Equal pay disputes .

Turmoil at Today as news budget is cut to give women presenters huge pay rises: BBC said to be 'too scared' to take money off John Humphreys and Nick Robinson's salaries :
