Come join us for the Maryland State Bar Table 8-ball Championships.

This will be held at The Bank Shot Bar & Grill.

ENTRY FEE: $60

Doors open for registration and practice at 9:00 am.
Calcutta to begin at 10:00 am.

  • Played on 16 Diamond bar tables using a STANDARD WOODEN RACK.
  • Races to 6 on both sides.
  • Alternate break.
  • Cannot win or lose on break.
  • Open after the break if a ball is made.
  • May pocket a ball and play safe.
  • Ball in hand anywhere if a scratch on the break.
  • All other BCA rules apply.

The tournament field is capped at 128 players. The only way to secure your spot is to prepay by either PayPal (paypal.me/TScarlato) or meeting Rick Scarlato in person.

If paying via PayPal, please remember to pay via Friends and Family or you will be charged a $3 fee at the time of tournament check-in. Our last event was full so don't get shut out. Get your entry in early.

If you have not participated in one of our previous tournaments, please provide your name, email, cell phone number and carrier, state, and zip code in the notes when paying via PayPal. Don't forget to include who you are paying for so that no one gets missed.

I recall a picture of your table where you seemed to be playing 42 ball :lol: To be fair I did not count ... you may have been playing 37 ball.

Is it too late to change your AZ moniker?

It was 30 ball...2 full racks with 2 cue balls. Permitting choice between the cb resulted in some interesting scenarios.

I do want to change my name. It would be nice to not feel obligated to make an average of 6.666 posts per day. I was thinking 'revolting cock' for a new name. It is a band.
