9 ball ghost scoring sheet???

Yes ago I had a 9ball ghost scoring sheet, I think you played 10 games and got a point for each ball and your score graded you as a player. Does anyone have this? Please post it, a link to it whatever. I would love to have it. Or at least the grading part of it

I admit I was confused by the title. In my experience, the 9-ball ghost is pretty simple. Break (often ball in hand after the break) and then shoot. If you run out, you win. If you don't run out you lose. We scored with a coin. And I'm not aware of a rotation score sheet using 9-ball as the base game.

I recognize my post isn't what you asked for, but hopefully someone else has a rotation type score sheet.

It had 100-95A+ 94-90A all the way to a D player and I thought it was a very good on being accurate.
