I used to have the exact same cue except replace the amboyna with grenadillo. Beautiful design. Great player. Kenny is a great cuemaker.

Beautiful cue.
Granadillo comes in many shades.
Very hard wood and has great reasonance.
Will not need to be cored.
Ambuyna is much prettier but it does not come close to granadillo's
density and tonal characteristics.
 
Very nice piece of Amboyna.
Love the fact it was left to accentuate the cue by itself.
Nothing better than simplicity with natural wood.
