Question about Dufferin greenleaf sneaky pete

I have an opportunity to purchase this cue but neither myself nor the owner know much about it includung the value.

It has a wood to wood joint and the pin is in the butt.
The cue is in near mint condition.

We figure it's from the 80's but can anyone give more specifics about the age and what does the green leaf designate as opposed to the red leaf?

and what is a fair selling/purchase price?
