You still evaded my question, did Harry Richards install the wrap on this cue? Has this cue ever been worked on or modified by another cuemaker?

I've never seen a Harry Richards cue that wasn't nice

I don't think Harry has ever made a cue that anyone saw as ugly

Harrry does all his own splices etc. The workmanship and playability are nothing but the best !
Harry Richards is in Daytona Beach, i can honestly say i know hm and getting a cue made by him might take you quite a while to get in your hands, lol

Thanks for the kind words Slim. Harry's cues are really nice and the playability is as good as it gets.
 
Bump for a great cue. All reasonable offers considered. Lets make a deal!!!!! I bought another cue and this one needs to go.
 
Lets bump this cue and get it sold. All reasonable offers considered. This cue is rare and you will wait a long time to get one from Harry Richards.
 
Ferrule size on both shafts on this cue is 13 mm and not 12 1/2 mm. I was mistaken on the size of the shafts.
