The great Johnny Archer is coming to Gate City Billiards Club in Greensboro, NC April 23rd and 24th.

Come join us Friday Night to see Johnny challenge some of the best local pool players......or challenge him yourself. Just $20 per match, and no cost if you beat him.

On Saturday he will hold Pool School Classes. From 10:00am to 1:00pm he will hold a class for ladies only. Then from 2:00pm to 5:00pm a class is open to anyone. The cost is only $150. He will keep it small at a max of 6 students per class.

From 1:00-2:00 we will provide a lunch for Johnny and all of the students. We will take group photos that will be provided at no additional cost. Johnny will sign the photos or any other items of your choosing, also free of charge.

This may be the only opportunity to meet a legend of the game up close and personal.

Johnny is currently #1 in the BCA point standings and was awarded the title of "Player of the Decade" for the 90's.

Reserve your spot while they last but the $150 must be paid in full.

Not to often you get to see such a player play up close and in person. Plus the opportunity to have personal instruction from him for three hours. I personally know several people who have taken his pool school and all have been exceptionally pleased not only with the things they learned but how down to earth, personal and genuine he is toward all the participants. When your done you will have learned much and made a new friend.
 
You know it just never ceases to amaze me that everybody always wants to get better at pool but they are always looking for the secret, the easy way out and yet when undeniable one of the best (shall we say five of all time) pool players comes to town folks just want come up with the funds to learn from the best . In the old days people did not have to have a spot, they played the best to get better even if they got their butt kicked . Now they want a lock. They want everything for free do not wnat to make an investment into improving their pool game . No wonder we have so many pions and nits in the game today. The opportunity to learn from one of the greatest of all time Mr. Johnny Archer. In the old days two guys would get creative, pool their funds you know I' ll pay 75 for the first 1.5 hr. you pay 75 for the last 1.5 hr and we will both be better for the time spent with the pro. Johnny 's coming to town don't miss the opportunity to improve your game and make a new friend.
 
This is tonight (Friday 4/23). Come on out and challenge the great Johnny Archer. Or just come to watch other people challenge him. Either way, its great fun. There is no cover charge.
