Congratulations on a great looking set. The ringwork compliments the components well. Pete builds one of the best players out there and I still think his break/jump is the best. Enjoy them.

Omen

I got to see that J/B right after he got it at DCC and was very impressed. His playing cue is stunning and plays very well as would be expected from an Omen. The J/B looked very well done and worth the wait. Congrats on them.

Thanks

Thanks for all of the kind words.

I have been thrilled with the player since last year. It has a nice solid hit with great feedback and ballance. You don't notice the weight when playing. You almost have to hit with an Omen to understand how they play. If you have not, you should do yourself a favor and try one if you ever get the chance.

I have only had the J/B for a few days. I have not had the chance to practice much breaking since picking the J/B up from Pete at the DCC, but, I have been impressed with the cue thus far. I almost make a ball every break now. The J/B feels like my player, just a tad bit stiffer.

If you are looking for a nice cue at a great price, give Omen Custom Cues a shot. Pete is a down to earth guy that is a pool player. He is honest and fair. He has answered every email I have ever sent in less than a few hours. He also does fantastic work and his cues play.

Sweet!! I personally have 3 Omen players and 1 Omen break/jump and i love every single one of them.. I agree when you said that you dont notice the weight.. Omen cues really are very well balanced!

Love the looks of that player...two of my favorite woods (Ebony & Amboyna Burl) and when they're put together, it's hard to beat the aesthetics!
