However, if you click on the "Watch on Veoh TV" button, you can see the full 1 hour and 39 minute video, which includes three segments on playing runout 8-ball, 9-ball and Straight Pool. The video was created in 1992. As an added bonus, the last 10 minutes of the video includes a segment on playing Trick Shots.
In watching the video, I thought it was very instructive overall.
