How did this cue get the roll in the butt? Was it leaning against something?

I have no idea. It is a older Tascarella. Has the older brown bumper from Balabushka leftovers i was told. Its a roll. How much is different to each person. Enough that you can see it clearly when rolled. I cant tell the exact amount. sorry

Mike,

It's concievable that the WRAP is causing the "roll".

Assemble the cue and roll it "off" the table,ie; across the width.

Can you please explain more? what are the signs for a wrap causing a roll?
