Thanks Larry, I love it!

Ebony, Curly Maple, Amboyna, and all the white is Ivory. To top it off it came with the sickest curly maple shaft I've ever played with. The hit is fantastic and you wont find a better guy to deal with. The fit and finish are as good as it gets.

I would prefer an old growth shaft for it, in my opinion curly shafts hit too stiff.
How many points?
 
twelve points . As far as the shaft goes it does hit stiff but that's what I like. the shaft has something like 20-30 GPI.
 
Larry makes a great cue. I'll never part with mine. That is some mighty fine work that hes done on that one. He is stepping up his game and thinking out of the box. Be prepared to get lots of oohs and aaaaaahs.
 
Larry is from North Texas, Anna area. We are lucky to have 4-5 fantastic cue makers right here in our back yard. Jake Hulsey, Larry Vigus, Willie Speed, John Spitz, John Nemic are all right here

Not anymore, but I think he's only been here 2 or 3 months? Just recently met him and he's a really nice fella. I guess he wised up and moved to Texas. :D

At our weekly 9 ball tournament if you lose a ball off the table it'll likely hit a cue maker.
 
This Larry guys has been a busy busy man...churning out some really sick cue...wish he'd share some pics is his current work...that one's just crazy!

Jamie, I took the plunge and moved to North Texas. About a mile from Jake and 30 min. from Larry. Currently tooling up the shop and will have some surprises in the near future. Larry makes a great cue! Finish is top quality as well. Great Cue JP!
 
That shaft is probably worth more than the whole cue, really nice, you don't see many of those anymore. Nice cue too.

i ordered another one today at lunch

i love the fish and quality of everything,but the way they play is what i like the most

he showed me another really fancy cue with outstanding tiny inlays

by the way,i really like yours too
