Up for sale or trade is an incredible Mark Bear curly BEM into curly Purpleheart blank.
As we all know we lost Mr. Bear far too early in life. This has been hanging around my roommate's shop for a few years now and I thought about having PFD Studios do a conversion on it but at the moment I really don't have the cash and I have too many projects going on as it is.
So here you have it everyone. Probably one of the last Mark Bear blanks you will ever see in non-converted form. Just so everyone knows, the butt end has been cut off to install a buttsleeve. This will have no impact at all if you're planning on adding a wrap during the conversion or if you wanted to do some Southwest style ringwork in the butt. The total length is just over 26 1/4" so if your cue maker know what he is doing, he can still make it a wrapless cue if you so desire.

Here are the photos but they just do not do this blank justice. You really need to see it in person to admire all the curl in the Purpleheart. It almost looks iridescent the way it shines in the light. Once this cue has been converted and finish applied it will be nothing short of amazing!
