I know that this cue is a copy of a gina cue but I am wondering if any of you have any idea who may have made the cue and what it might be worth? Also, do you think that real ivory is used in the cue?

Just look at the details of the cue very closely.. If you find any flaws, Which you probably will, You will know it's a Philippines cue.

Which I believe I found one in a picture already.

Haha. There are some flaws in the cue, but I would wager a guess that phillipines are not the only place putting out cues with flaws.

There were a number of these Gina knockoff cues made in China over the last few years. I would contact John Barton, he may know the exact Factory that was making them. You can contact John here on the forum at JB Cases. I think some of them were made a factory called KO KO.

Hope this helps!!

No, I agree with you it's not just the Philippines.. I was just simply saying it's not an expensive cue and you can tell if you look at it.

Looks like Roney or Vanthe Cue

Ivory ID

One way to tell if you are looking at ivory is to look closely at it under direct light. Real ivory has what is described as a "crosshatch" effect. Looks kinda like criss-crossed wood grain. Hope this helps.
