What a nice cue Kevin.
Hey guys. Anybody that is looking to try a new cue should give the babies a try. Gold Rush cues make some of the nices cues you will play with. The playability of these cues is awesome. Kevin, that price is a steal. Nice job!

good looking cue. kinda like a cog that new emblem is MUCH better than the last one. really the whole cue looks good

The cue looks good, and is worth what he is asking..IMHO....

GL, with the sale...

IMHO the cue is real pricey for another CNC effort.

Sorry, you are way misinformed. Besides its not CNC, there are silver rings in every position, the finish is first class and it comes with 2 shafts. $750.00 is more of a promotional price because these young guys are just getting mainline.

I have also shot a few balls with this cue and a couple others they have and they hit excellent; and I'm betting they will stand behind that.

What are you saying?

Hey Daniel,
I know the folks at Gold Rush Cues and they are top notch people. This is not CNC but what about if it was? A pj Bobby Hunter costs $1200.00???
You never hit with any of their cues. Maybe one day you will and you might regret your comments.
I do not have the cash right now but I will have Kevin & CO to build me a cue because I love the hit on his cues. They also have one of the best break cues I have ever hit with. Having a new j/b from them is a priority to me. Believe me that I had it all Stingers, BK2s, JJs, Gulyassys, etc.
We really needd to be carefull when we say that the price is to high. You do not know the value of GR cues. I am defending them because I have tried their cues and I know how well they hit.

Very nice work! I have had that same combination of amboyna and gaboon in an Omen cue. The price is right on the mark even with this slow market. Someone will get a nice cue here for a decent price. Not that it matters, but I am curious to know if you are maple coring the ebony forearms on your cues, hollowing them to reduce weight, or is it solid gaboon? I am curious because I have had a few ebony cues all made in different ways to get the weight down. Just curious about your construction method.

Just curious if you make all of your shafts 12.75, or if this was a special order.

Great looking cue, by the way.

first , thanks for the response! we dont core unless asked to.we do bore all of our ring stock including the "A" joint rings to a much larger inside diameter than most people. the butt sleeve is the same way. this lets use build a solid ebony cue with the possibility of being around 18 ounces. cue has a better feel and resination IMHO. thanks, kevin mcclain

all of our shafts now are 12.75 mm. with our taper, its a perfect hit for our cues. we do , however, any size if someone ask for it.thanks for the question, kevin mcclain.

we just sold this cue to Glenn atwell. Thanks for the responses here and when we get home I will list the two we have if they don't sell. Thanks, kevin mcclain

I played with some of the cues that Kevin and Allen had in Lincoln City Oregon. They hit very solid and are high quality cues.
