No weight bolt and yes the weight can be changed UP,thread for weight bolt is 3/8-16

Not to firmiliar with your cues ,but are they inlaid points or is there any decals on the cue at all.Is the blue just stained or inlaid.Just curious,the cue looks super and the price is outstanding!Thanks
