Just got the cue and shot a couple of racks with it. It hits great. I'll post a review in about two weeks or when I have more time to really test it out.

Another picture of the butt to show off the ring work. Notice how the grain in the bocote chain matches from top to bottom.

What's it weigh? tip size? balance point? What's it measure at the but and joint?

i really like that ring work.

Thanks DK.
The cue conversion has a 28.5" long butt.
The shaft is 29 long with a 3/4 long melamine ferrule. It's a high ring count ugly yellowish shaft as you can see.
The joint size is .855. The bottom of the handle is around 1.230.
DK wanted a slim handle so the butt has 3 different angles. The bottom of the handle area being a little straight.
Butt collar is threaded stag. Shaft collar is double black phenolic.
Tip size is around .485. Taper is half MM in six inches, 3/4MM six inches after that.

What type of finish is on that one?
Hand rubbed.
First two layers were resin mix then two coats of sealer/polish mix.
DK did not want epoxy or spray finish.

Weight is 18.3 oz.
Tip Size is 12.4 mm
Joey Posted the measurement for the butt and joint above.
The balance point is about 18 or 18.5 inches from the butt. It is a short cue though. The butt is only 58.5 inches long. It balances out very well because my grip hand automatically moves to a certain part of the cue every time I hold on to you.

Thanks...I've gotten a lot of complements about the ringwork!!

I think it looks good - is this finish slightly less "sticky" feeling than the really glossy finishes?

I had a sneaky with the glassy finish before. It looked beautiful! But it made my hands clammy and I'm not even a sweaty guy.

I've been playing with this sneaky for the last couple days and really paying attention to everything so that I can put a review in the cue reviews section. This finish is great...doesn't make my hands clammy!

I've got two Joeys' with the same finish and won't go back to the glossy either

very nice joey cue.
I bet it plays very well. :)

I have a purpleheart sneaky convert which is finished differently.

Will post pictures soon. :)

The one I have is the same finish also. I would have never thought that I would like a satin finish, but I absolutly love the feeling of it. I wish all my sneakies had that finish.
