I WOULDN'T PANIC YET. IT HAS ONLY BEEN FOUR DAYS. IF YOU HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM IN A FEW DAYS, BUMP THIS BACK UP TO THE TOP.

For what its worth, I sent a cue to Singapore a few months ago. It was guaranteed 7-10 days. It arrived a month later (completely unharmed) but the point is, shipping around the world can and often does take its time. I'm sure its on its way. Give it a few days and then check again.

Just to share my experience. I had a cue posted posted in Florida on the 11 sep and should have taken 10 days max to get to me in Sheffield, U.K. It took closer to 20 day but its here now and in perfect condition so i am very happy! :D

Its a bit of a lottery really, I've had cues from the U.S get here in 3-4 days and one once took about 2 months, but they all got here eventually and without any damage.

That's why it's important to develop good communication between seller and buyer ... and also ... damn, tracking number!!!!

One of my pet peeve is when a seller sends a cue without a tracking number ... and sometimes I get "don't worry about it, it's insured" lines as well.

Good luck to Rattlesnake!!!

What were you told on the 25th? Was it already sent? 25th till today is not long enough. He has not posted here since the 18th.

Payment was sent on 9/19. He has been unable to obtain shipping confirmation and/or tracking information from the seller. Communication on the part of the seller has been poor. This is his very first custom cue purchase, so he is understandably anxious.

I know and agree. Rattlesnake and i have already PM. I fully understand his concern. Just wondering what he was told on the 25th? How long does it take that company to deliver Payment. I remember the original thread when the cue was lost and then found in the wall rack. I remember Kayjeff was just recovering from something that evening. It is possible that he is incapacitated. If it was mailed to Singapore overseas tracking is not available. So More Communiction would be nice.

Rattkesnake.. when you pmed me, i never realized you lived in the uk... i would hope he sent it one of the faster services and not surface.. i have seen cues being set to the uk the 4 to 6 day way, take as long as 15 because of customs.. and if he or his mother sent it surface. that could take a month... i hope that is not the case and i hope you get it soon!

...

I would be a bit concerned being I can sell a cue to someone one evening and they expect it out the following day. Considering he was in the hospital but did say he would have someone ship the cue and doesn't seem that that has happened with slim to none communication would also be somewhat of a redflag. I've dealt with KayJeff once and he seemed on the up and up and there was a lot of communication, doesn't seem like him to no keep someone posted, maybe something happened but i'm sure something could have been done to get the cue out or communicate????

I disagree with the first statement. I've shipped few cues over to Singapore using USPS Global Express shipping method and it's trackable to certain degree.

I definitely agree with the second statement.

True Jazz it is trackable. But only after the fact thru the post office with the insurance #. But, there is no delivery confirmation available and no online tracking. Thats thru the mail other methods I do not know.?
Anyway Rattlesnake 4 days is to soon to worry. I hope the Kayjeff does contact you and it all works out.
