Just bought it last night. Made in 1992. Like new condition.

Hi Dennis, Would you care to comment on the feel between the Young & Kersenbrock cues. I just moved here and had the pleasure to meet Ed the pther day at Chris's. He is an true character, really funny and outgoing. I'll meet up with you for some 3 cushion some night also..
PM if you prefer..

Too soon to know. I just hit with it a little last night and just hit the cue ball a few times this morning. I put one of my longer EY shafts on it. DPK is making me a new longer shaft with matching rings.

Ed says they hit the same. Made the same way on the same machinery. I have two Ed Youngs now and various shafts and tips and will experiment a bit.

Ed came down with his crew from Chris's to Red Shoes last night for some action. Don't know how they did.

If you want to play a little 3 cushion at Illinois Billiards Club sometime, let me know. I am a rank beginner but enjoy learning and there are others there who play fairly well.

Is is a 21 ouncer?
Nick :)

I haven't even weighed it yet, but it seems lighter. I'd guess 18.5 to 19.5 on the lower end but I will check tonight.

Dpk...

If your ever interested in parting with it..let me know. I have been looking for something like this for a while now. I have a few higher end cues that i would be willing to trade for it.

Dennis, that's a beautiful cue.....elegant and powerful in its simplicity. Thanks for sharing your pics with us.

What a sweet cue. Wow! Put me down for #2 on your list if you ever want to sell it.
:p

very nice...

Just goes to show you, that you don't need a fancy cue for it to be stunning. That cue looks amazing. Nice grab!

Thanks. I guess it is as plain as can be, but it still looks nice.
