Top 16 payout for the Breakers Billiards Mobile, Al. 9 Ball Bar Table Tournament were, Scott Frost, Tony Mougey, Warren Kiamco, Stoney Stone, Denny Singletary, Danny Smith, Scooter, Ronnie Wiseman, "LiL D", Gary Abood, Herman Quarles, Jesse Middlebrooks, Gene Albrecth, James Brooks, Joey Aguzine & Harold McAbee. It came down to Scott and Tony Mougey. Tony had to beat Scott two games. First game Tony finished 9-3, second it was heads up 8-8, a race to two. Scott kicked it into gear and finished Tony off. Scott is the second person to win the Ring game and tournament. Jamie Baraks was the first.
