Bender, SW, Kikel, McWorter, Verl Horn, Capone cues for Sales

"Validated as Kersenbrock and authenticated as a SW"

Could you please explain this as I have the exact same cue....

I saw your SW cue listing and was hoping to get it from you to have a possible match set. Did you ever weigh the SW butt to confirm if the weight listed on LOA match the cue? I remember you listed your SW butt at 17.5oz but SW indicated it was lighter.

Anyway, the cue was validated at some point as a Kersenbrock in Chicago from what I'm told and an authentic Kersenbrock shaft was made for it in 2004 but when it was shown to Laurie she suspected it was a SW cue.

When I acquired the cue, I sent it to SW to have it authenticated and Laurie confirmed that it was one of their as she said she found the original order with specs and name of this unique exotic wood. I believe your cue was mascara ebony and mine is looks to be some kind of rosewood. The order was from a gentleman in Chicago and she said at the time, there was someone in chicago selling SW cues as kersenbrock since at the time Kersenbrock was well known by most players.

I've decided to have the cue refinished and got SW to made me a brand new shaft to got with it. It's a super playing cue and I'm hoping to keep it in my collection but thought I throw it out there to see what I can get for this cue.

Regards,
Duc.

Hey Duc~

Could you show me the inside of the funny rubber bumper cue? I am interested but need to make sure it's not altered.

Hi Chady,

I'll get pics to you shortly, my card reader is down. The butt end was altered to accommodate the bumper and allen screw setup.

Regards,
Duc.
