50/60's All Original George Balabushka Cue for sale. From the previous owner I know some history.
- All original/unrestored
- The wrap was cleaned and waxed by Cadillac Joe
- Spare Paradise shaft
- New original "Champion Tips" installed by Cadillac Joe on both shafts. Was told these are the tips used back then and are hard to get. Original shaft has never been chalked.
- The tip on the paradise shaft is a little mushroomed.
- Has a LOA from Mark Kulungian
- Now has a LOA from Pete Tascarella who has agreed with Kulungian's LOA letter. I made sure to get this before I bought it (dated april 4th 2012 to me).
I bought it last month, and after playing with it (only used the paradise shaft for about 1 hour, no intentions of chalking up the original shaft) I find I'm just not a Balabushka guy. I'm a banger who just loves the game anyways and had some $$$ to spend on it. I've always played with cues under $500.
I am based overseas, but leave the stick in Miami where I travel to often. If the sale is made, it is a piece of cake for me to have the cue shipped. I'm offering this info as I don't want flags raised if this came out later in communications. I've never sold anything on AZbilliards and will of course look into and use the escrow procedures here. I understand both parties need to feel confident in a sale of one of these higher end cues.
