Ever have one of those feelings you'll regret later,
by not buying a cue you absolutely fall in love with? I think
this is going to be one of those times...:(

I'm certain that the finish on the butt end of the cue is original. You will not find a 15 year old played cue in better condition. I guarantee it.

Runde Cue

I’m the previous owner of this beautiful Runde cue. I told myself that I’d never sell it and I held true to that promise, but I did trade it to Mike for a cue he listed for sale that I just had to have. If Mike hadn’t listed the cue I traded the Runde for I’d still own this cue and believe me the pictures don’t do it any justice. I’ve owned at least 8 different Runde cues in my life and this one was the best by far. It plays and looks great and if I could have afforded to keep it and buy the cue I traded it for I would have been glad to hang on to this cue.

Steve Lomax put the elephant ear wrap on this cue for me at last years US Open and he did an exceptional job. The cue came with a linen wrap which was perfect, but the new wrap looks and feels even better. I have a very good picture of this cue with the linen wrap and if anyone would like me to email it to them just let me know. I don’t want to post it in Mike’s thread without his permission, but I’d be glad to if he agrees for me to do that.

Here's a picture of this Runde cue before the elephant ear wrap was put on by Steve Lomax:

Hi James:

Feel free to post the photo of the Runde with the linen wrap.

Best regards,

Mike

In response to a PM I received about the weight of the cue and whether it can be lightened, my answer is as follows: Yes, there is a 0.7 oz. steel weight bolt in the back end of the cue. The bumper fits very firmly back in the cue even with the weight bolt out of the cue. The steel bolt could be replaced with an aluminum bolt, which would reduce the weight of the cue by approximately 0.5 oz.

What a truly unique cue!

That's a stunning design. I just had to comment b/c I've never seen anything like it.

I'm sure the buyer will be extremely happy with this Quality cue!

Never trust a lawyer

Gee Mike,
This is the 2nd time you have backed out of a deal with me. We had a deal and you come up with your bs again. Last time your rediculous statement was you lost the shafts to the cue. Absolutely amazing

You are full of bs. I'm freaking glad your an attorney cause I would never feel secure and safe if you were an engineer of a car.

I'm done with ya.

Why is this cue still here? It's making my eyes sore!!!
Beautiful cue, someone please, pull the trigger!

Cal:

As you know, before you confirmed the terms of the deal in writing, I made a deal that was a done deal with another person and traded the Runde. The first person to confirm the terms of a deal gets any cuie that I'm selling or trading.

Hmmmmm

Mike states I didn't formalize in writing the deal.....

Here is his actual response

"Before I opened up your PM confirming the deal, a guy called and offered to trade me a Searing for the Runde + some cash, and I agreed to the deal. The guy is shipping me the Searing today. Sorry, but first come, first served."

Sorry mike your a loser. The only good thing about this is I didn't waste money shipping.

And let's not forget about the other deal we had where you couldn't find the shafts to the cue when you were supposed to ship.

Really a Searing and cash for 4 the Runde. I didn't realize the searing market had fallen that far. The thing must be u shaped and missing the shafts to be worth that little.

It's a Searing J/B cue and it will be delivered tomorrow. It is not a fancy cue by any means.
