Hello friends,

Beware of Brian Artrip. His id at AZ forum is Scruggsinhand. He might change his id now. He took my money and never sent the cue. There are few other victims also. I have reported to the Indiana Attorney General a few weeks ago but due to the small amount ($1500) they suggest me to hire a lawyer. Below is all his information I have.

iam sorry to hear that,it is sad that a few bad apples make us all look bad! and the last # is the kokomo police dept is he a cop?
 
I don't know man. I actually tried to contact with kokomo's police dept but didn't get any reply.
 
this is the exact reason i stayed away from az. atleast with ebay the have a record of info and they go after ppl. here your kinda on your own. fellow azers help but there is really no gaurantee. i had a thief get me on ebay and he was caught and my cue was returned. i sent the palmer and the next day funds were withdrawn as unauthorized. i got lucky...
 
im from indy and i havent seen him for 2 years or so. sorry you got F'd out of a cue. if i happen to run into him i'll see what i can find out.

i know 2 wrongs dont make a right but i always wish bad things on ppl like this. maybe someone will steal his cues one day. i guess im old school like that

If he robbed a bank for $1500 they'd be all over it, but he steals from you and they turn a deaf ear. Some justice system.

Brian Artrip CHEATED me too!! I called local town police but they asked me to report to my town police instead. He cheated me $570. Damn! I can buy a lot of milk powder for my son with that amount of money!! :mad:

Hey I remember there is one person in AZ forums here maybe able to help. A while back some AZer I forgot his AZ name but he call him self a BOUNTY HUNTERGRADUATED WITH A LAW SCHOOL DEGREE. Hope that might help you out. Sorry to heard that Chady.

I know this is unlikely but if you sent a USPs money order he will go to jail! The post office will see to it he is prosicuted. It would involve the U.S. mail and mail fraud if you used the USPS also.
I try to use every advantage I can when making payment to a person that I have never delt with and when they hear about this from the local post master they always make right.
I have a feeling none of this is any help.

Me too, I used to see Brian around all the time. He has pissed some local people off as well. If I see him anywhere I will pass on the bad karma.
